This is the original version made circa 1937. Marked / stamped Bruno Mathsson authentic identification / not a replica. Versatile table. Opens to seat up to ten or completely closes up for easy storage. Although there were replicates of this table remade in the mid century, this is the original and therefore a collectors piece. Very good original condition.
A wood bar along the top with a brass locking device keeps the middle part stable as it extends.
Table is all original, it has not been refinished to keep its authenticity. It has some light surface marks consistent with light use, but is in overall great shape and has been recently oiled and waxed.
