When purchasing vintage, please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final.
Mignonne takes great pride in sourcing one of a kind vintage pieces. Some items are sold ‘as is’, and others have been transformed in-house with new upholstery & refinishing. Mignonne strives to include all pertinent info regarding the item’s condition, which can be found in the item's description box. As all sales are final, please feel free to contact us direct with any questions or concerns regarding an item for purchase, should you desire more information prior to a purchase. We are happy to answer any additional questions, and/or email you any additional photos requested.
As most items are vintage & antique, please note that there might be slight wear and tear to the frame of an upholstered item, and/or furniture piece or household item. Any slight imperfections are due to the age of the piece. Again, we strive to include all information in each product's description. All items sold are in working / functional condition, and Mignonne goes through great length and care to revamp all pieces to be wonderful & usable statement items for the home.
Shipping, Pick Up & Delivery
By placing an order with Mignonne Decor, you (the buyer) are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.
At the present moment, all furniture purchases made on our website are pick up only. However, if you need an furniture item shipped, please feel free to send us a message on our contact page before placing an order. Please specify the item(s) you need shipped and the zip code you're having it shipped to. We will provide you a shipping quote asap.
All decor items are carefully packaged and have the option of being shipped Priority Shipping or Express shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS). Items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment but due to delivery times with the postal service please allow 12-14 business days for your order to arrive. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipments include $50 in insurance, but if you would like to purchase additional insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee.
We also have the option to pick up your online purchase for our local customers. Purchases made through our website or in store are free to be left at our location for up to three days. After the third day we will charge $xx.xx per day due to limited floor space.
Delivery is available at an extra cost. If you are a Bay Area local and need to arrange for delivery of one of our items, please feel free to contact us and we can provide a quote.

DELIVERY TIMES: Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery to international addresses. Mignonne Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All international packages are mailed with a proof of mailing via the customs declaration number. Please note not all packages are trackable. If you would like to track your package, please let us know so we may send you an invoice for priority or express international shipping.
VAT, Taxes and Import Fees: Buyer is responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by your country. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
We collect information when you register online or update your account, log-in, place an order, opt-in to receive our emails, shop online, or join our social networking sites.
When you provide an email and place an order on our website you may receive a newsletter from us which you can opt out of at any time.
When you place an order on our website, we use this information to process and track your order and contact you via email or phone if we have any questions or concerns regarding your order. If you provide an email address during checkout, you will also receive order confirmation and shipping status emails.
